CITY ATTITUDES AND INITIATIVES

A better understanding of how a diverse group of residents in a city feel about city services, initiatives and quality of life issues are critical. Learning to be proactive in planning, and to better understand resident attitudes instead of to a small group of irate citizens is critical in today’s society. Public opinion research is a tool that has been successfully utilized to better meet the needs of its citizenry.

Once a survey has been implemented, it can serve as a “benchmark” from which all
